Higher end spot for dating types. Food is solid and portion is big, to go with the price. Service is good. Atmosphere is relaxed, higher end. Apparently pudding is worth a trip. I had a coffee and cake for 1300 yen, and then had lunch w a buddy for 4600 yen (we split a dish, bread and another coffee). The view of Marina/sea is nice. Had a an obstructed view of Mt. Fuji.
